Looking for the best panoramic view of Osaka? Include Harukas 300, the observation deck at the top of Abeno Harukas, in your list of things to do in Osaka. This glass-enclosed observatory provides 360-degree views of Osaka, Nara, and even Kyoto on clear days.


📍 Location - Abeno Harukas, Tennoji, Osaka



The Abeno Harukas building is located directly above Tennoji Station in Osaka. On the second floor of this building you find a marked elevator area that will shuttle you to the 16th floor ticket entrance gate of Harukas 300. The 3-tiered observation areas are located on the 58th to 60th floors. To assist you with directions, see the Google Map embedded above to guide you to the Harukas Building.

💸 Admission to Harukas 300 - Abeno Harukas Observation Deck in Osaka


  • Entry Fee: 

    ¥2,000 (Adults 18 & Older)

    ¥1,200 (Age 12-17)

    ¥700 (Age 6-11)

    ¥500 (Age 4-5)

    Free for Children under Age 3


  • Ticket Types:

    - A Same-Day ticket are sold at the ticket counter, it does not allow re-entry and is non-refundable. Available on a first come, first served basis.

    - The ABENO HARUKAS 1-day ticket allows unlimited re-entries. These tickets can not be purchased in advanced.

    - Advance Tickets allow reservations in advance and can be exchanged day of visit to the ABENO HARUKAS 1-day ticket for an additional fee. This exchange can be done on the 16th floor entrance.

  • Edge The Harukas - A thrill walk on the edge of the building - An additional ¥3,000 from entrance fee - Apply at the 60th Floor

  • Heliport Tour - A special tour of the heliport on the rooftop, 300m above ground - An additional ¥1,500 from entrance fee - Register on the 60th floor. Also available on Klook as a separate package at a discounted price.


💡Tips for Visiting


  • Best Time to Go: Visit before sunset if you want to catch both daytime and night views. Or to avoid crowds, get there early or later at night.


  • Booking: Buy tickets ahead to skip the line and save your spot on busy days.


  • Weather: Check weather forecasts — clear skies mean best visibility.


  • Special Events: Visit their official website for information on themed events or light displays, as well as operating hours. We went during a special Gundam event and it was really cool, with displays and themed food & drinks.
